DORM LIFE
The majority of students live on campus in either the Girls’ or Guys’ dorm with a designated roommate. (Single rooms are available upon request depending on availability.)
Living in close quarters is a great part of the CLBI experience and provides an excellent way to develop new friendships.
Each dorm comes pre-furnished with a closet, dresser, desk, and bed, all set for you to add personality and really make it your own.
Meals are provided for students in the common cafeteria where our kitchen staff strives to provide balanced, healthy, and enjoyable meals (and are happy to meet special dietary needs).
COMMUNITY
Beyond academics and Bible classes, life here is charged by community and relationship. Students live together in dorms on campus and become a very tight knit group.
Community is nurtured through weekly chapels, discipleship groups, retreats, shared meals, dorm devotions, serving together, and everyday stuff like laughing and hanging out.
Students are encouraged to get real and to go deep with one another, building solid and genuine relationships.
QUIET TIME
More than anything at CLBI we want to see you grow and flourish in your personal relationship with God. To foster this, we incorporate quiet time into every day.
This special block of time is one where students get to escape from all the hubbub and retreat for a while with God.
These times are impactful and faith propelling as students are urged to connect personally, in a number of different ways, for regular one-on-ones with their Saviour and Creator.
SUPPORT THROUGH STRUGGLES
For many students, their time at CLBI is a time for both growth and healing. Life isn’t easy, and sometimes students arrive who need extra care for healing to happen.
Alongside great support, relationships, and encouragement from staff, CLBI covers the costs for students to receive 6 sessions of counselling per school year.
Our counsellors keep office hours here at the school, with time slots available for any students who would like to take part.
